In the documentation, I can find Users - Turn-key research data management repository but that is not totally clear to me. I would actually expect a clear description of how to create an admin user as subsection in Quick start - Turn-key research data management repository
Any help is much appreciated.

In the current LTS version there’s no admin interface nor need for an admin user, that’s why it’s not there.
There will eventually be an admin interface coming with documentation on how to do it.
